Annual Association Meeting

October 20, 2025 @ 6pm

Stuarts Draft Baptist Church

Members of ABAV-affiliated churches are invited to join us for our annual business meeting which will include association updates and reports from ministries supported by the ABAV.  We will also vote on the nominations to the Leadership Team and review the association goals and budget for the following year, followed by a time of worship.

As a thank-you to our ABA churches and a way to give back through the association, the ABA Leadership Team is offering website assistance to any church looking to create or relaunch their site. If your church doesn’t currently have a website—or if your existing one could use a refresh—this is a great opportunity to begin building an online presence.

Annual Preaching Conference

March 9-11, 2025

Join us for Preach 2025, a conference designed to help pastors sharpen their skills in a peer-learning environment. Experience a time of renewal through four worship services, while also gaining valuable insights and knowledge from many breakout sessions on a variety of topics. The serene retreat setting at Eagle Eyrie Conference Center in the Blue Ridge Mountains provides a beautiful backdrop to this special time of renewal, reflection and connection with fellow pastors.
